Why Do I Care So Much What People Think? (Stop Trying to Care Less) | S3E8

How to stop caring what people think… isn’t actually the solution. Here’s what works instead.
If you’ve ever walked away from a conversation and replayed everything you said, wondering how you came across or what someone thinks about you, this episode is for you.

Most people try to solve this by asking, “How do I stop caring what people think?”

But that’s the wrong question.

In this episode, I walk you through a different approach.
One that doesn’t require you to shut down your ability to care, but instead helps you rebalance it.

Caring what people think is not a weakness. It’s a strength.

The problem is when all of that care is directed outward, and you lose connection to what you think.

You don’t need to care less what people think.
You need to care more about what you think.

We’ll explore:

- how to recognize when this has gone too far
- why this creates disconnection from yourself
- a simple way to start rebuilding your own voice

This episode also sets up next week’s conversation:
Why do I second-guess everything?
